Social media's influence on new media: positive or negative?
I chose to do my project on Social media's influence on new media: positive or negative? Social media has become such a large part of today's society; however, many are iffy about using it and have been debating its effect on everyday events. I intend to cover social media's influence on the world as well as social media as a marketing tactic. I would like to discuss the presence of social media in the marketing world and its evolution over the years. Additionally, I would like to touch upon how marketing strategies would be different without the existence of social media platforms. Without such social media platforms would the world have stayed with old media and could we have advanced to where we are now? I plan to do more research and will provide more detail on this topic.
Hi, Connie. It's glad to see that we're choosing the same topic but focusing on the differenct aspects of Social Media's both sides. Social Media indeed affects marketing strategies. Social Media's influences on marketing are common but are easy to be igonred by people. I'm also curious about how the world would be if we don't have new social media.
